What we collect
When you order as a guest we collect your name, email, optional phone, delivery and billing address, and payment data processed by Stripe or PayPal. We do not run customer login accounts.
Why we use it
To take payment, ship the supplement, send confirmation and tracking from orders@essitelforte.com, handle returns, and meet UK accounting and tax duties.
Legal basis
Contract (fulfilling your order), legal obligation (invoices, VAT) and legitimate interests (fraud prevention).
Sharing
Stripe, PayPal, the courier, and any SMTP provider we configure. We do not sell mailing lists.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as UK law requires (typically up to 6 years for tax records).
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion (where the law allows), restriction, objection, and you may complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). Email orders@essitelforte.com.
