14-day cooling-off
For distance sales you have 14 days from delivery to cancel if the box is still sealed and fit for resale. Opened or unsealed food supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to start a return
Email orders@essitelforte.com with your order number. We will give you a UK return address. You pay return postage unless we sent the wrong or damaged item — then the return is free.
Refunds
After we receive and check the parcel we refund the original method (Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal), usually within 5–10 working days.
Damage in transit
Photograph the parcel and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund you.
